In order to approach the event in the best conditions, supervised training sessions will be offered in advance to support your preparation up to the big day.

• Training open every Saturday morning (free registration)

Friday, June 26

The first day will be dedicated to cycling, preparation and camaraderie, to fully immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of the event.

• 5:30 pm : Participant registration & bib number distribution
• 6:30 pm : Race briefing :
  Bike setup workshop
  Number plate placement
• 8:00 pm : 9:30 PM – Social pasta party
• 9:30 pm : Return to the hotel

A great opportunity to chat with other participants and prepare for the race in a relaxed atmosphere.

Saturday, June 27

Race day: Everything is organized to allow you to fully concentrate on your performance.

• 5:30 am : Shuttle departures (hotel & La Tour-du-Pin)
  Bike transport departure
• 6:15 am : Bike collection
• 6:45 am : Bike transfer to the starting line (2.5 km)
• 7:15 am : Arrival at the starting line
• 7:30 am : Start of the 115.5 km race
• 8:00 am : Start of the 55.5 km race

🏁 After the effort… the reward

• 1:00 pm : Finish time for both races
  Snack, medal & distribution of village access pass
• 1:30 pm : Shuttle departure to Serge Ferrari Group for showers
• 2:15 pm : Shuttles from Serge Ferrari Group to Les Abrets to collect vehicles
• 2:30 pm : Shuttle departure to the village of La Tour-du-Pin
• 2:45 pm : Arrival at the village – private area

🎉 A festive end to the day

• From 4:45 pm to 6:45 pm : Shuttle every hour between the village and Serge Ferrari Group, allowing participants to retrieve their vehicles.
• From 6:45 pm : DJ party & entertainment, organized by Val d’Isère Tour. (optional)

A convivial moment to close the event in a festive atmosphere.
